In this article, I will attempt to set the record straight on the subject of yoga for arthritis.
One major problem with arthritis is the fact that it tends to rob the individual of a certain sense of freedom and of control. It often occurs later in life when the individual is already beginning to see other negative changes in lifestyle and capabilities.
